Mornin’ everyone and what a champion mornin’ this is regardless of the weather. We have had more dry days and sunshine this week to lift the spirits and yesterday was our 23rd anniversary!
No not Chikara-Reiki-Do’s!!! That is only in it’s 8th year online…
Chris and I have now been married for 23 years
So this week has been a romantic week. Where does the time go?
You can feel the energy withdrawing and although some days still ‘hold promise’, it takes more effort to get out there and do something.
Perhaps it’s just the seasonal change. The mind is willing but the body wants the fire on… ha ha ha!
As with the outer, so with the inner
I want to be comfortable and not have to make too much effort but as I said last week, I feel an opportunity just around the corner, so unless I get up and ‘do’ something, the energy will float on by…
Then again, when you sit back and relax that is when the inspiration comes
I will just be like a cat. Poised and ready to pounce. Relaxed but noticing everything
It is at times like these when you need to remain steadfast and true to your hopes and dreams. When the energy around you seems to almost ‘hang in the air’… the cusp of change…
When there is time for doubt to creep in…
So if that is how things seem for you too, then now is the time to diligently use your Reiki for a self ‘treat’ each day. Or you could use one of our new collection of Reiki meditations each day before rising.
Then be playful, laugh a lot and have fun… run through the leaves making crunchy cornflake sounds… ha ha ha!
For as one door closes another one is just opening for you.

Now, a question…
Judith
How can I make myself stronger mentally. I need to let go of certain issues and move on.
I do my Reiki every day and sometimes more than once a day, if I need to help someone else. I find Reiki so healing & comforting.
Thank You… Have a Great Week..
M
And my answer…
Hi M
When you are emotionally attached to issues then they can be hard to release. Sometimes you fear letting go because that will then be the ‘end of it’ and perhaps you are not truly ready to move on.
What benefit do you still gain by hanging on to your issues?
If you let them go what would you like to replace them? What’s your dream for your future? What would make you smile with happiness right now, today?
The trick is not to take things so personally. Even if they are personal! We all do, mind you… ha ha ha!
We engage in the day to day small stuff like the lead actor or actress in a soap opera. We repeat the same negative story to anyone who will listen or bottle it all up like some kind of martyr
Watch yourself…
Notice your words… Be silent! If you can’t say anything nice, SHUT-UP!
Notice your thoughts… if necessary write them down and burn them. No need to air them aloud if negative.
Notice your actions… keep on doing what you’re doing and you will keep on getting the same old response. Every moment you have a choice to change the way you do or respond to things.
Make that choice to change NOW.NOW.NOW…
Work with the Tibetan Master symbol and the Mental/Emotional symbol on your solar plexus and heart area.
Draw out the Tibetan Master symbol first over your palms and then your heart to blast away the negative feelings first.
Then draw out the Mental/Emotional symbol to bring balance.
See it drawn out in a mist in front of you and then walk through it. See it cleansing your thoughts and actions like a sieve collects lumps from the gravy… ha ha ha!
Ask what would be the loving thing to do, FOR YOU, in the situation. Bringing love to the situation always helps.
When you are grounded in the physical body then the mental state stops fretting and wittering, so lots of brisk walking out in nature or do some housework to rock music… ha ha ha!
Deep breaths help move along energy blocks.
Talking of lumpy gravy… ha ha ha! I hope you will all have a chocolaty treat somewhere today and think of us.
Chuffin’ grand… until next week…
Judith
