Breathe Deeply… “Release And Let Go With Ease”
I am up at the crack of dawn because Mr Po, our cat, had a fur ball at 4.45am.
I had to get up and let him out and somehow couldn’t get back to sleep.
Little darlin’
So here we go…
This has been a lovely week one way or another for all of us.
It was DC’s 20th birthday on the 12th Dec and we had a smashing day in Newcastle shopping.
Then we tried the local Indian Tandoori House in Corbridge for dinner.
It was delicious, even if DC and I did show ourselves up with a fit of the giggles when the waiter sneezed very loudly on his way back into the kitchen and nearly blew the plates clean out of his hands… ha ha ha!!!
It was very funny at the time…
DC now has a Simmons drum kit with 15 electronic pads that are fitted on what can only be described as ‘scaffolding’ in his bedroom.
Plus the new symbols… of the crashing variety… high hat, ride and chinese???
A new comfy stool so he can play for longer
And a new keyboard stand…
But on a positive note, he is off to visit Tom Stone down in Droitwich tomorrow for a couple of days.
Tom is doing very nicely and can stand up and walk about for 15mins or more now.
Everyday is a miracle and I do thank you all for sending Reiki to him
Now, at this time of year it is easy to get into the ‘gathering’ mentality.
I want this and I want that… and I really do need this and need that!!!
But sometimes it’s good to stop for a moment and just ask why?
I am a great believer in keeping it simple… anything, Christmas included.
I don’t in truth ‘need’ anything more…
But there is lots of ‘stuff’ I would ‘like’ to have… ha ha ha!!!
(Please, I’m a woman!!!)…
Then I get to thinking about clutter and dusting or heaven forbid more ‘easy to cook with’ gadgets… ha ha ha!!!
One of the reasons I feel people get depressed and ill over Christmas is the ‘overwhelmingness’ of it all.
We are driven to eat too much and overwhelm our bodies with rubbish we would not normally touch.
We overwhelm our senses with smells and aromas…
Noise that is constant and tiring…
Clutter that you cannot get away from…
And people who will not give you space… be that the children who are overwhelmed with excitment or the hords at the supermarket buying food like it is going out of fashion!!!
So give yourselves a well earned treat… with some quiet time for Reiki
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”
As the Winter Solstice arrives it is a powerful time of the year to manifest what you want…
I am simply suggesting you don’t get side tracked and overwhelmed with what is not what you want.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Discreetly use your Reiki to soften the energy.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Put a decoration on the front door that is so like the mental and emotional symbol.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Anyone who comes in, see them walking through the symbol like a seive to remove any stress and discord.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Bless all the food and drinks with Reiki.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Bless the house for harmony and all the rooms individually before guests arrive.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Place some Reiki charged crystals around the house for a constant boost of energy.
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Wear your Power Symbol pendant!!!
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
But remember… you need to create a space for the new first… so…
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Have a good clearout now – both physically and mentally.
Release the old clothes, toys, shoes, clutter, ornaments, etc…
Then release the anxiety about cooking Christmas lunch, getting presents done, meeting the in-laws again, the office party, being alone… whatever
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Now put in place the thoughts (building blocks) of what you, and I mean YOU, want.
Nevermind the kids, partners, the world, universe and all who sail in her…
YOU… just YOU…
WHAT DO YOU WANT?
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Be honest, be respectful and be loving.
Just like you want to be with others.
For you truly do deserve the best.
Come on, one more time…
Breathe deeply… “I release and let go with ease”…
Enough already… it will be lunchtime before you know it!!!
Have a relaxed, go with the flow week.
And remember… smile
Laugh… ha ha ha!!!
Remember – “You cannot be serious”!
Have fun and enjoy.
See you all next time… go easy on the sherry.
Judith
