Good mornin’ all
Oh dear…we spoke too soon as the weather has taken a chilly and damp turn for the worse
Still, on the bright side, we don’t have to keep watering the garden
Now, it’s been a fantastic week here as lots of questions we had rumbling about in our heads have suddenly become much clearer.
And, I think this has been so for many others too.
We thought we were being distracted and pulled this way and that but actually we were being made to make a clear choice.
And once you really look at things and make a decision…
…yes or no to something…
…then all the rubbish drops away and the path becomes crystal clear
But… we had to drop some ‘old favourites’.
Yes, some ideas and dreams we carry around like a comfort blanket – ones which we pull out to sooth and placate ourselves with.
Yet in truth, these dreams and ideas no longer match our current aims or ambitions and so need to be prised out of our hands and discarded… ha ha ha!
The funny thing is, I feel much more settled and content and confident, in myself, ‘knowing’ that I no longer aspire to these old dreams, which I have outgrown.
But I have found buried underneath my old favourites, some pretty good new dreams. They’ve evolved and somehow been ‘forged’ from the old ones into a totally new perspective.
But I digress
Again… ha ha ha!
So, I’d better answer a couple of questions for you all before I wander off track again…
The question…
Good morning everyone…
This week is a bit of a mish-mash of topics and questions so I’d best jump in – and in no particular order.
As you all know, we recently went away to Chester for a few days and the weather was perfick
We both love going to Chester as it is such a pretty place to wander around and I know you like to see where we have been too, so… here’re a couple of photos for you
The bridge over the river Dee in the background was built by the Romans over 300 hundred years ago and still stands solid today! Eeeh! They don’t make ‘em like they used too…
Okay, moving on to the present day
… a question…
Q… Hello Judith
I just love all your Sunday Chats and YouTube videos. I find all your information helpful and inspiring.
I have been having a LOT of dreams about death.
(one person in particular)
Does this mean this person is going to die or get very sick?
I try to turn these dreams into positive ones by praying or doing Reiki for this person but the death keeps coming back.
Thank you for your time and advice. Have a GREAT day…
And my answer…
Good morning all
The end of May is a special day for Americans, as they hold Memorial services to honour their warriors.
Just as we do here in the UK on November 11th each year.
But we should do more than just remember the dead…
We need to understand how we can join with them and embrace their spirits once again.
We talk of how when a Dad died, his son suddenly picked up lots of Dad’s habits! He talks like him and certain things precious to Dad then become precious to the son.
We often hear ourselves saying after our parents have died…
“Blimey! I’m sounding just like my Mother!”…
But if you stop and ponder, you will realise this is no accident.
When you die, the essence, or spirit of you, is set free. It steps into the next room as they say.
But there really is no next room…
No time or space, only this moment, here and now.
Your unique energy pattern is released and absorbed by the One energy… the Whole energy.
And that One or Whole energy INCLUDES YOU.
Hence we often morph into our parents… ha ha ha!
Ashes to Ashes, dust to dust, back to carrots and nature. We become the building blocks of energy for a creative future. But the unique vibrational signature that defined our individual spirit can be absorbed by many people…
Mornin’ all…
Today is the day of the Burnmouth Brae hill race which, as many of you may remember, our son DC has won for the past two years.
This year he is planning to do the same again and also beat the record he set last year too
That’s my boy!
So, if all of you will send some extra Reiki, and winning thoughts his way, that would be absolutely perfick
Of course, we will have to replenish his strength with a roast beef dinner this evening…
…and talking of strength…
“Are you strong enough?”
Are you strong enough to do what it takes to climb your mountain?
Are you strong enough to go it alone, even when others are mocking you or down crying your abilities?
Are you strong enough to help others in distress?
Because when you set out to climb your mountain – no matter what you perceive your mountain to be – the energy needed will be immense.
And what I mean as far as your Reiki is concerned – is it’s no good being a half committed Reiki Master…
Mornin’ all…Happy Mother’s Day if you are in the USA
Perfick… You know, I’m sure we could stagger these celebrations to once a week throughout the year if we celebrate every festival of every country.
Bloomin’ marvellous – chocolate every week mmm… ha ha ha!
So feet up and relax with a sniffty bit while I read you a story…
Now I will simply speak out loud what springs to my mind as I read through this email. I do apologise in advance for my blunt manner of speech… but most of you know me by now…
OK, 1st question…
Q. I’m suffering from a psychosomatic illness. I have depression and take my anti-depressant tablet once daily.
A. It doesn’t matter if your illness is ‘real’ or not…
