I hope you all kept busy this Thursday…
…rescuing damsels in distress and eating Red Dragon Pie.
Of course, you’d only have done that if you remembered it was St George’s day!
And, as the English don’t seem to celebrate it by getting as drunk as a skunk, it does tend to get totally overlooked 
It was also the Queen’s birthday on Tuesday too… 
which makes it sound like a jolly English sort of a week was had by all… ha ha ha!
Okay, now let’s not digress and get caught up in the giggles, like we did last week ha ha ha!
So let’s get on…

This is one of those Sunday Chats that became long and rambling and didn’t quite hit the spot… ha ha ha!
So here’s the ‘in a nutshell’ rewrite
There is only one energy…
So, there’s really only one of us listening here in the room… for I am simply you answering back
If you are here, it is because you choose to hear what I/you have to say at this moment in time.
The outer experiences reflect the inner thoughts we hold. Like yin and yang. Within one is the other.
You reflect my serious side and I reflect your fun side. When you get too stuck in the serious mentality you will come across someone like me… ha ha ha!
And I will be seriously funny for you… ha ha ha!
You see, there are NO accidents, EVER…
You already are the all of it, a fully enlightened spiritual consciousness here simply to physically experience whatever it is you wish to experience and in that wishing to also have FUN.
Spirituality is not a serious condition
Remember… if you can look back and laugh at something in six months time, you can laugh at it NOW!
Laughter is the best medicine

What a splendid weekend this is… Good Friday was my 55th birthday, lots of chocolate followed by lots of chocolate Easter eggs… ha ha ha!

I pondered my age the other day and came to the conclusion that birthdays really do show you your inner spirit, so to
speak
They make you understand that this physical body is not the real you but simply a vehicle to move around in.
For there is NO WAY that I feel 55 on the inside…
I have always believed, since I was a small child, that I will live to be over 100 years old (long story!)… but don’t tell DC that… ha ha ha!
But some days you do have to wonder why someone wants to live ‘forever’… I mean, what do they want to do that for?
You would forever be seeing people off on their ‘next big adventure’ and then you have to stay here doing the same old same old.
Always waving others off at the airport and never going yourself, always the bridesmaid never the bride
There must come a time when you feel ready to move on. In fact, ask any old person and they will be quiet comfortable with ‘the next step’ to be taken.
And the quickest way to look younger in a flash is simply to smile Remembering also that chocolate is good for you too of course… ha ha ha!
(Someone had the audacity to complain that I write too many ‘ha ha ha’s’ so bear with me while I over do it for awhile… ha ha ha!)
Oh, I’m such a rebel
Now I also had an email from a friend who has had several ‘parts removed’ of late… and again it reminded me so much that we are not our bodies.
The real YOU is never depleted or diminished…
The Benefits Of Reiki
Good mornin’ all…
It has been a pleasant week weather wise, fine and mostly dry but that wind still makes you shiver your timbers!
Thursday was a really nice day and Chris and I went up to North Berwick for lunch and then drove up the coast road to the outskirts of Edinburgh before heading home.
The lighter evenings are a treat but…
When the sun comes out you suddenly see all the ‘jobs’ that need doing too
Chris and DC have already had to mow the back lawn… ha ha ha!
I have cleared out lots of winter clothes and the space in our wardrobe is champion now. It feels so good to let stuff go… It must be the holiday feeling I spoke of last week… ha ha ha!
Mind you, DC ran me down to the charity (thrift) shop to give them my clothes and he came back with 15 music cd’s… ha ha ha!
At this time of the year, when you feel like spring cleaning and turning out your cupboards, it is also a grand time to re-reiki your house from top to bottom too.
I use some incense sticks and go around each room drawing out the symbols with the smoke from the sticks and then wafting them into the floor, walls and ceiling.
Just like the Reiki blessing we spoke of last week.
But don’t just do the inside of your house…

I hope you all remembered to put your clocks forward last night, if you live in the UK, but still managed a lie in too
Now, the energy around this week has been very peculiar indeed.
Have you noticed how bewildering it has been?
It seems to be a directional thing It’s as if your radar guidance system has gone haywire for a day or two…
…as if, I know what I want but getting to that place is a mystery – although it is becoming clearer each day.
It’s a little like going on holidays…
First you consider packing just about everything you own and then you start letting go of ‘stuff’ so you can travel more comfortably.
You begin to understand you don’t need all that ‘baggage’ as it serves no real purpose.
Plus you always come back with more exciting holiday stuff anyway… ha ha ha!
You have to let go off the old baggage to allow in the new.
Space clearing at its best
Emotionally we have to let go of the old and comfortable, the routine and safety and move forward to that which makes us FEEL GOOD about ourselves.
That’s why we all like to buy new clothes for our holidays…
