Think About It For A Minute
Hi everyone…
Sssshishhhh… I should not have mentioned the weather last week! Ten minutes later we had snow 
But as we live right by the seaside it didn’t linger for long.
Better not say anything this week just in case 
I feel a sense of urgency about this week and I feel I need to make a move towards putting things in place about our future adventures. I feel another clearout coming on… ha ha ha!
But let’s hope I don’t catch DC’s cold type of clearout
More like there is a need to clarify things and start doing, not just dreaming
So with that in mind, I must start allowing myself time to do what nourishes, challenges and inspires ME.
We have compiled a brilliant ‘do-it-yourself’ Reiki Package at a very reasonable price.

We have had strong winds most of the week, so now, almost all of the leaves have blown off the trees and nature has kindly tidied up our garden for us.
Nature is so wonderful! She has blown all the leaves off our back lawn and into the woods We had done our bit, of course, by blowing and raking tons of them the day
before…
If only we’d been a little patient… ha ha ha!
It seems drier and brighter now than in the bloomin’ summer… ho hum!
Unfortunately some big willow trees are down by the big pond but we have since seen the heron and the moorhens don’t seem bothered by it…

Life is full of opposites and none more so than mine… ha ha ha!
I travel the world each day in the course of what I do but never leave my house…
I talk for a living, all day long, but sit here in silence and never actually ‘say’ a word…
I have thousands of friends but never meet a soul… ha ha ha!
How true is that of all our lives? And it just goes to show that within one aspect of life is contained the other.
So if, at this juncture in your life, you are feeling one polar aspect of your life, don’t worry. It simply means the energy is ready to swing the other way, especially if your back feels as if it’s up against the wall in some way.
Using Reiki on yourself each day will help steady that swing from one extreme to the other too.
But never stop it in the middle!
Because life would be dull beyond words without drama and passion.
We are here because we chose…
A Day To Remember
Hi everyone
Well, November seems to be getting busy these days what with Halloween – All Saints Day, American elections, Guy Fawkes Night, Remembrance Sunday, Thanksgiving and Chris’s Mother’s birthday… ha ha ha!
All that cooking…! All those pies There’s a pie for almost every occasion these days…
Pumpkin pie, all American apple pie, sticky sausage pie, Humble pie, Turkey pie and even a How Nice to See You pie…
And, I must confess to baking several pies a week since discovering the joys frozen pastry… ha ha ha!
So, if you want some ‘leftovers’ you’ll find them in my pies
Today is Remembrance Sunday here in the UK, where we remember all those brave warriors and heroes of past and present human conflicts.
In the midst of death is also life and even though the glorious dead are not forgotten today perhaps we should also remember those who did survive, who are often shunned, ignored or mistreated.
They are the unsung heroes whose personal memories we cannot erase or whose bodies we often cannot repair…

Bloomin’ heck! It’s been bloomin’ cold here this week… 33 degrees on Tuesday when we went shopping, complete with horizontal hailstones to enhance the experience
Of course, the blue skies in between were just there to lure you out… ha ha ha !!!
But later we popped to Kelso in the afternoon and it was perfect… beautifully brisk and bright
I often think Chris and I live in a different world though, as frequently when we go out we are blessed with good weather. Even when it rains it tends to do it when we go in the shop and stops again when we come out… ha ha ha!
Now, you all know I like to chat so this week’s question is answered in a chatting format because it is easier that way sometimes…

Q…I seemed to have stopped moving forward in the Reiki Training.. I need some clarification please.
I started going thru the online tutorials.. read sections 1 and 2.. next was to come the attunement. I didn’t feel ready. I hadn’t even completed reading the mini 7 part course.. so I went back and read those.
So now I am back to beginning section 3, the attunement…
