This might sound strange – but can you give me any pointers on how to switch reiki down or off?
I know my intention must be a key. My hands and feet are buzzing a heck of a lot.

The simple way to signal you have finished using your Reiki energy is to press your hands together and intend that the ‘extra’ flow of your Reiki energy stops.
You could also try rinsing…
Exclusively Reiki
Yes… Intention is your aerial so to speak and will pick out whichever channel YOU choose to use.
Using the Reiki symbols will aid you in quickly fine tuning the vibration of Reiki energy you are intending to use or…
You can choose to do another therapy altogether or combine Reiki with something else like EFT or crystal therapy.
Always trust your intuition 
Trusting yourself will allow you to make the right decision for you at the right time and also guide you to make the right decision for the situation at hand too.
As for being super sensitive, this means you will sense through your emotional radar system and ‘grok the fullness’ super quick…

Hi Everyone…
It’s been a funny old week really, full of hiccups and mini disasters but, all in all, the energy is fabulous! Full of excitement and anticipation
And just when we thought ‘Oh no…’
…everything turned out more than fine and greatly to our benefit

It really was just like the Zen tale… is this a good thing or a bad thing? You know the one, I’m sure.
We had bad news, then good news, bad news, OK news… totally purrfick news and a bonus too… ha ha ha!!!
All of it just a journey to experience
How quickly the seasons change and the energy with them. We have some amazing mushrooms growing around here and also some of the bushes and plants are finding a second wind to bloom again…
One Way Or The Other It’s Still Reiki
Energy is energy but how you intend to use it is the key. For there to
be one thing there has to be the other… Up/down, here/there, etc…
But also remember that within one thing is also contained the other.
It is simply up to you which variation of the energy you pull on and express.
Some will say that a reverse symbol is the reverse meaning of the energy
expressed. But I disagree… ha ha ha !!!
Any symbol is just a symbol. It has no other meaning or power than that
which YOU ascribe to it.
The more people who believe in it as symbolising that ‘particular energy’
then the stronger…
Reiki For All Of It
Yes, Reiki will help with physical, mental and emotional problems because it works on the WHOLE person at every level.
How does it do that?
Because there really is only one level… and that’s The All Of It Level
But please do remember – you do not actually heal anyone, nobody does; they ‘heal’ themselves when they are ready.
You act as a catalyst and support system…
You become a steady rock upon which they can find their footing and regain their balance.
Your unwavering sharing of your positive Reiki energy then energises them to make the positive changes they need to make.
