Reiki And Germ Theory
I must admit we had a fabulous weekend and while the rest of the UK soaked in heavy rain and flood warnings, we sat in the garden and sunbathed 
Champion… Now back to the job in hand…
The energy this week has felt soft to me. A caring kind of soft and gentle… I’ve also had lots of requests, one way or another, for support.
Not people wanting me to do ‘it’ for them but just some mental and emotional support while they go through something themselves.
I said on the healing list this week that there is a lot of transitioning energy about. And by transitioning I don’t just mean death, I actually mean transition from one state to another
I also feel the outcome…
Free Reiki
Okay then, this week I am just going to chat out loud about things that have been rumbling around my head…
And I’m going to start with the title of this Sunday Chat – ‘Free Reiki’.
Did you pick up on the double meaning?
Well, I’m not referring to the something for nothing meaning, I’m referring to the one which means setting Reiki free…
…for I want you to release Reiki from the confines of being just a ‘healing modality’.
I want you to realise that the rituals and symbols are tools for you to use, express and influence the One Energy… which is both YOU and All That Is.
For there is nothing ‘out there’ – it is all created ‘in here’.
This world that each of us sees – is created by us and for us – with our thoughts…
In other words – what you focus your thoughts on, ‘inside you’, generates the holographic images you see, ‘outside you’.

Sunday Chat 18th May
Well this has been one of those weeks to me. Monday felt like another Sunday but I thought the car was going for her service so we got her ready and the man never showed to pick her up.
When I phoned about this the garage said it was booked for Wednesday.
Tuesday felt more like Wednesday only we did our groceries. Then Wednesday came again, on the right day this time and the car went in for her service – we always get there in the end
Now, a lot has happened this week and there is definitely a shift in energy happening. A quickening so to speak and I don’t just mean time’s flying, I mean a general feeling of urgency to get things sorted and plans made…
Reiki – Does It Work Indirectly?
Hi everyone…
Well, the launch of the Chikara-Reiki-Do Inner Circle went off fairly painlessly – and I say fairly painlessly as we had the (quite usual for computery type things) teething problems and minor headaches…
…but all is working smoothly now – so if you haven’t taken a look yet, now’s the time to do so…
