Two Cures and A Warning!

Good mornin’ all…

I think as I get older I get more feisty and rebellious… ha ha ha! Perfick!

Together we are a formidable force to be reckoned with.

It’s only when we are split and divided that we feel vulnerable and alone, hence powerless.

And this applies to any situation…

By now I think you know that we are all about personal power, knowledge and freedom.

So with that in mind I am sharing this video about a known CURE FOR CANCER.

Yes, that’s right – I used that ‘forbidden’ word cure alongside the word cancer… ha ha ha!

And below is a full length video documentary directed by Christian Laurette called…

‘Run from the Cure.’

Rick Simpson rediscovered a cure for cancer and shared it with as many people as he could. Rick was always openly proud of growing medicinal hemp in Nova Scotia and helping to cure people from a variety of ailments with it – and his home was repeatedly raided.

The police fabricated a fourth ‘raid’ and found no marijuana…

Reiki A Fraud Or Money Making Scam?

Good mornin’ all…

Are you sitting comfortably? Then I’ll begin this epic of a question. :)

I will forgive you if you drift off or snore a little in the first part…ha ha ha!

The question…

Q…There are forty two of us awaiting your response to the article below…Thank you.

Reiki is a well-known type of alternative medicine which has been enthusiastically accepted by millions of people, and it is based on some quite remarkable claims.

It is claimed, for example, that there is something called Qi, a healing energy which is available to the Reiki practitioner to enable the human body to heal itself.

The practitioner, who has received training from a Reiki Master, claims to be able to transfer energy to the patient and that this enables the patient to recover from a variety of illnesses.

The claims can sometimes be quite grandiose. A brief scan of the internet will produce claims to treat: stress, depression, bereavement, back pain, spina bifida, ME, arthritis, sports injuries, broken bones, sciatica, ankylosing spondylitis, nerve damage, cancer.

They almost all say they won’t contradict the advice of a doctor which is a legal safeguard, but the claim to be able to treat cancer is quite startling.

For medicine to be effective, it is essential to be able to diagnose what is wrong.

That means being able to associate outcomes with causes in a predictable and reliable way.

Identifying causes reliably is the basis of the doctor’s diagnostic skills because without having clear indications and a means of testing efficacy, no treatment can be developed. And that is why the claims of Reiki are so extraordinary.

This isn’t being unduly suspicious or negative; it’s just recognising the extraordinary claims for what they are.

Reiki claims to be able to treat what conventional medicine cannot, and yet it claims to do so in the absence of diagnostic technique.
There is a fundamental Reiki belief that the body is able to cure itself and there is some evidence that in some circumstances this is true…

Reiki Chatting

Good mornin’ all…

As you know my friend June has been up to stay and being good hosts I baked a smashing chocolate cake, as you do. :)

I am always telling you about my lovely cakes, well here it is, although as I write this it’s long gone…ha ha ha!

And we always try and go out and about to see some of the sights, as you do. :)

So this time we all went to Alnwick Castle gardens.

Fab-a-rooney-poo! (English saying) :)

The gardens are beautiful. More than beautiful!

The whole experience was relaxing but rejuvenating at the same time. The gardens are exquisite and I would certainly recommend you visit if you get the chance.

The tulips spread out under the blossom trees were breath taking, even though the blossom had gone. :)

Let’s Talk About The Big C

Good mornin’ all…

Happy Mother’s Day to all across the pond! Another chocolate weekend for everyone :)

And if you aren’t celebrating Mother’s Day today then please join in with me celebrating Ross’s 60th birthday.

There’s always a good reason for chocolate if you look hard enough…ha ha ha!

And just to jolly along the proceedings I thought this week we could talk about death and cancer.

They appear to go together like death and taxes… ha ha ha!

(Never lose your sense of humour!)

So the first question…

Q… I have lost family members to cancer, now my sister in law has found out her cancer has come back, in another part of her body.

What I would like to know is, how far does Reiki help health wise. Can it help people with cancer?

And my answer…

Reiki May Day

Good mornin’ all…

I hope the weather is fine for you all on this May Day bank holiday weekend :-)

And yes, I did put my feet up and watch THE wedding.

I must say we English do ‘pomp and ceremony’ extraordinarily well… :-)

Now here’s a question for you all…

Q… Where exactly are your ‘blaines’ and how do you get them chilly?… ha ha ha!

Answers on a postcard only – only kidding :-)

I love the sun and just a bit of it makes me giddy with excitement… ha ha ha! I want to run out and play all day long!

But before I get to giddy and silly, I’d better answer a real question for you all.

I’ve broken the answer up into conversational form, but here’s the complete question – totally unedited – for you to read first…

Q… I have read all the information you sent me about becoming a Reiki Master. At this point I have not yet gone through the atoment process…
