Finishing Touches
Ooooh… it is raining cats and dogs here in Heaven on a hilltop!
Still, we need lots and lots of rain to fill the resevoirs, because…
The small resevoir down the road looks very dry around the edges and Keilder Water lake is very low indeed.
Anyway, I’m sat here this morning in our newly rearranged office.
Well, we had a surge of energy this past couple of days to ‘finish the job’…
Because, as you already know, we moved in about 8 weeks ago and got the office up and running, then focussed on the rest of the house.
You remember… floods, condemmed gas pipes, dodgy electrics… 
But we never got around to finishing off the office properly.
Then you find you are working in a ‘that will do’ enviroment when in truth it could be so much better for a little time and thought and effort.
Life can be like that too.
We get stuck in ‘that will do’ situations at work or in a relationship.
Our whole attitude becomes sloppy towards what we want out of life and what we want for ourselves.
Suddenly our life smacks of accepting ‘second best’…
And it’s usually someone else’s cast off too… ha ha ha!!!
So, it’s time to finish things off…
Attend to the finer details…
Smooth off the sharp edges in your life that are making it uncomfortable.
Don’t get into a relationship and then sit back and over time think ‘that will do’ when in your truth, it won’t do at all…
Don’t stay in the same old job that is slowly killing your spirit and think a pension will do – when in truth you could be dead long before you get your money back!!!
May I suggest right now you make a list of all those ‘little jobs’ that need attending too.
Then get stuck in and do them…
Right now, today…
You won’t be tempted to go out in this rain I can tell you
So enjoy yourself by putting your internal and external life in order.
Yes, it is fun and oh so satisfying to finally get the job done.
It must be like space clearing because you feel marvellous.
More in control… ha ha ha!!!
In command, I should say
It puts you back firmly in your driving seat.
Life works and flows more smoothly.
Not only because you have ‘cleared things away’ but because you also know where everything is.
As my Mother used to say “Don’t put it down, put it away”.
For everything has a place in the great scheme of things.
So make sure you are in the right place for you
Then you can orcestrate your life and dance to your own tune.
Taking steps forward then becomes easier and more clearly defined.
You finally see a direction in front of you.
You become more confident and aware of your own skills and talents…
…and so do others
Let your light shine through and those who are right for you will come like moths to a flame
Use your Reiki skills to benefit yourself.
Protect yourself from obnoxious people.
Bless your surroundings and situations.
Balance yourself, so you feel confident enough to make those finishing touches.
There are no accidents and you have Reiki at your finger tips for a reason.

Have a super Sunday in front of a good fire, snuggled up on the sofa with a good movie.
Now the office is complete I can do that and while I am there I can chose a new colour for the walls
All these details… ha ha ha!!!
