Happy New Year Again

Good mornin’ all Smiley

BBBbbrrr… it’s a bit parky this morning with a layer of frost outside.

Mr Po (our cat) has done a quick turn round the garden and gone straight back to his hammock on the radiator Smiley

Very sensible.

Now, today we enter the year of the PIG…

A year of prosperity and plenty and also a time to close things down, finish off the last bits, tie up all those loose ends.

We all start our traditional New Year full of beans and raring to go at something new, but often find we are dragging a whole load of unfinished business with us.

Well, now is the time to put an end to that.

To finish and finalise what was begun before.

Let it go…

Do what has to be done.

Let it go…

Move on to pastures new.

And let it go… now Smiley

Make a space in your head for new exciting dreams and thoughts!

Make a space in your heart for new loves and loving more Smiley

Make a space for your very essense to prevail…

Last night we did another webcast and it aways leaves me feeling mellow and full.

Full like a cat who got the cream or a boy who found the chocolate bar Smiley

Mellow contentment… aahhh!

(Do I have a food thing?)

But full of energy too, hence the 6am start… ha ha ha!!!

When you feel like that you don’t want to work…

You want to walk in nature.

You want to celebrate the wonder and the beauty.

To hear the peacefulness, to touch that space and hold onto it.

I think that constitutes a walk to Geoff’s tearooms across the fields for lunch and a piece of chocolate cake, early before the rush… ha ha ha!!!

Spiritual but grounded… ha ha ha!!!

(Maybe I DO have a food thing?)

I shall leave you to finish your tasks off, whatever they may be.

Have a perfect Sunday for you Smiley

Bloomin’ marvellous, I am full of mischief today… ha ha ha!!!

I might leave the task of finishing the hoovering to DC Smiley

I feel better for letting that one go… ha ha ha!!!

Warm regards

Judith.

PS… Chris and I walked to the waterfalls in Bellingham after I wrote this earlier, instead of across the fields to Geoff’s.

I have added a couple of photos for you to enjoy too Smiley
