Mornin’ all…
Hope you all had a lucky Friday the 13th… ours was okay, but…
Bloomin’ heck it’s been chilly this week, with a lovely hint of damp cold thrown in too, the sort that chills your bones, right down to the very marrow
Which, I would think, must leave all of you ‘down under’ smiling broadly in the nice spring warmth
But, so far, up here in the far north east of the country we have fared much better than those down south, with the weather, so it’s not been too bad really.
And it’s given us the chance to have a jolly good go at clearing up the leaves in the back garden so now, at least, you can see the lawn is still green.
Now, tidying up and clearing out, sorting and organising, is the theme that prevails this week.
As everything seems such a jumble.
My thoughts are a jumble too – with a bit of this and a bit of that…
And at this time of the year, with nature dying back and resting, with the animals settling in for winter weather, it is good to take stock of all you do have.
To be appreciative too…
Ask what it is you really need? How much do you really need? What is it you really want?
It’s time to get things sorted and organised now before your winter arrives…
Literally and symbolically!
Don’t let your fire of enthusiasm wane, it is NEVER TOO LATE!
Gather all that is necessary for your journey ahead. Plan and gather all the information you need…
Because then, when the moment arrives, you will be ready… to pick up your bag and GO FOR IT!!!
Then you can wing it with grace and elegance… ha ha ha!!! Just like a professional
Anyway, let’s move on – for as I’ve said, my thoughts for this week are much of a jumble too…
So, I thought I would do a selection of pot luck questions to match the jumble theme…
Q… You must have a lot of people all at the same time joining in with the Saturday webcast. Does that not affect how well it works?
A… No, there is no limit to Universal Energy… I set my intention and you have set yours. When two people think the same thing anything is possible
Q… How can you focus on that many at once?
A… Let me reassure you that should I ever feel like I’m about to be overwhelmed with the size of the list, I would simply limit places. Everyone fully deserves, and gets, their fair share of my attention on the night
Q… What should I feel and when?
A… There are no ’shoulds or shouldn’ts’ and no time when things should happen. This is so individual because not everyone has a ‘WOW’ experience. Some people just have a progressive feeling of peace and calm, evolving into a deep serenity. And this may only become apparent in hindsight.
I suggest using your 12 Reiki hand positions on yourself for 10-30 mins at least, each and every day for 30 days, after doing your self-attunement and then continue with this daily practice or at some other regular interval thereafter.
Then, when you look back, you will observe the changes in what you feel
Q… I have heard descriptions of intense heat and sometimes cold.
A… Or tingling
You will experience the sensation of your energy however is right for you.
Sometimes I ‘feel’ nothing in my hands. No heat or cold or tingling but I do sense an immense amount with my whole body.
Just be yourself and trust whatever happens for you
Practice, practice, practice on yourself first and foremost. That way you will experience your own energy in the most intimate way and so become familiar with it.
OK… back to the fire and a warming roast beef lunch.
That’ll stoke me embers… ha ha ha!!!
Until next week…
Judith
