Reiki for Aneurysms?

Good mornin’ all…

It hasn’t exactly been toupee weather, what with the blustery high winds and rain this week… ha ha ha!

But some days have had a few hours of bright sunshine which always raises the spirits

Now, the end of the year is not just rushing towards us, it’s positively hurtling! 2012 will arrive at the door, slip on the mat and be out of sight before we can gather our thoughts about whether ‘it’ happened or not…

And whatever the soothsayers say about 2012… it won’t take long before it’s been and gone, so we’d better be at the ready now

Of course, one of the best ways to deal with this kind of accelerated time, and increase your own awareness at the same time too, is to slow down, literally and symbolically.

And one of the best ways to do that is to use your Reiki on yourself each and every day.

Now, the question this week is…

Q…My father-in-law has an annorism (not sure how it is spelled but it is a growth) or actually 2 growths under his spine in the back and it is inoperable.

I was wondering, is it going to be hurtful to him if I try to give him Reiki directly on the spot and will it make his condition worse?

He is in pain as it is now but as far as I know he still wants me to try. I have asked for help from my angels around me and for his angels around him but a few kind words from you might help me.

A… Trust your own feelings about this. Sometimes doing healing on the actual area can exacerbate the symptoms but then again it might calm things down a treat.

You won’t know until you give it a go

If it appears to flare the pain or discomfort up, then just place your hands somewhere else. Somewhere comforting like his shoulders or simply holding his feet.

An aneurysm is a dilatation of a blood vessel wall caused by a weakening of that area. A bit like a blow out on the wall of a car tyre. Generally, there is not a lot that can be done without complex and very risky surgery.

But your father-in-law has asked for your help, so take your lead from him and work together

And you already ‘know’ without my saying anything. Why else would you call upon every angel you can think of?

You also know deep down that everything is fine and exactly as it should be.

Your father-in-laws condition could change very rapidly if his aneurysm bursts but at the same time it could be the angel blessing he wants.

Even though on the surface you feel agitated and worried, if you stop and give Reiki to yourself, you will sense that deep stillness inside, where your knowing comes from.

You are the only angel he needs right now
