Good mornin’ one and all and a beautiful morning it is too 
A morning like this simply inspires us to do better, do more and just ‘do it’ anyway!
With that in mind…
I want to teach you to heal the world. And to do that, I must show you how to heal yourself first..
For to heal the world…
First heal the person – you!
Ever wondered how that can be?
Heal me, heal the world?
Because there is only one – there is only one energy – there is only one of us in the room.
By focussing solely on yourself…
By trusting implicitly your nature…
By trusting implicitly your spirit…
You will expand exponentially to touch and change the world of everyone you meet – simply by being you. – the very best you, you can be.
And I don’t mean pretending to be a false you – the one you think others will like…
I mean honoring the real you.
I mean respecting the real you.
I mean loving the real you.
For you are the all of it.
There is nothing you need to seek outside of yourself – you contain your own library of wisdom.
Your own library of knowledge…
And to access your library, you simply need your own unique library card and…
…it’s called ‘into-you-ition’.
How do we get an up to date, lifetime card?
Simple – we use the Reiki tools available to us, along with SSH… Silence, Serenity, Harmony.
Reiki allows us to reach inside ourselves…
It allows us to be still and listen to the sensations and feelings that are reflected inside.
Reiki allows us to trust our feelings.
The more Reiki we do to ourselves, the more trust we develop about our feelings.
This trust in ourselves and our own knowingness brings a beautiful feeling of serenity – within and without.
We have something others are drawn to – they can’t put their finger on it, they just want to be close
That’s why we say ‘We can read someone like a book’…
Because we have seen, felt, experienced that particular book in our personal wisdom library.
So, may I suggest you take some time out, each day, to visit your library.
Sit quietly – all good libraries are quiet, you know
Put your feet up if you want – after all it’s your library, and it’s very comfortable for reading.
Close your eyes – as it’s very good for pondering wise words.
Activate your palms using the Usui Master Symbol…
…then draw the Distance Symbol out over each palm…
Draw a large Power Symbol down your front and ‘open yourself up to Divine Love and Wisdom’.
Gently rest your hands, palms facing your body, with one hand on your heart chakra and the other on your solar plexus –
doesn’t matter which hand goes where…
…then just let it be.
Silently hear your wisdom.
Serenely acknowledge your knowing.
Harmoniously integrate both…
Singing song birds…sweet flower fragrances…heat from the heavens…what a perfect day
