Reiki Teacups

Good mornin’ all…

Bloomin’ heck! The energy this week is definitely one of ‘clearing out’. I have had many mails of people with colds and flu that is hard to shift and a touch of the ’spring cleaning bug’ in the home. Indeed we are getting up to the same thing.

Our large breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen, is now becoming a film studio for our next Reiki venture :-) Chris and DC are, as we speak, removing the large table that we had in the kitchen at Foxglove House - and putting in the special lighting and tripods etc.

Of course, we spent most of Saturday morning looking for the camera. Now, you know when you’ve put something somewhere and it must be staring you in the face - but still it alludes you? Well, we went through all that - searched absolutely everywhere - and it turned out to be just on the shelf by the side of my desk. Much too obvious eh… ha ha ha!

Anyway, that is by the by for now… we’ll let you know when we’ve done something productive with this ever so elusive camera - now that we’ve found it again.

Okay then, I picked this up the other day and thought I’d share it with you…

Food for thought . . .

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite. He told the group to help themselves to the coffee. When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: “If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.

“While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.

“What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups . . . and then you began eyeing each other’s cups.

“Now consider this: Life is the coffee; the jobs, money, and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define nor change the quality of the Life we live.

“Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee that has been provided us. Enjoy your coffee!”

The happiest people don’t have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

Never thought of myself as living in a teacup :-)

Right… question time.

Hi Judith,

Hope the New Year’s treating you great.

The Debt free info looks good but how do you use Reiki to have folk return your money?

Love & Light,

A

And my answer…

Hi A

Let it go!

Simply move forward confidently and know that what is yours is on its way. Your money may not be returned from the person concerned but it will come back to you and it doesn’t matter where it comes from.

Don’t limit your supply by saying it can only come from here or there. Look at what you want the money for… dream the dream :-) That’s the important bit…

Use your Reiki to still your mind and forgive and let go. Sit silently, daily and give yourself a Reiki ‘treat’ :-)

Use your Reiki to empower your positive goals and desires. Make your list and empower it with your intention and surround it with the Reiki symbols. Charge up a couple of your favourite crystals with Reiki and stand then on your list too for an extra boost or you can even use a magnet.

Use your Reiki to help you stay centered and focussed. Use your Reiki to bless and give thanks for all that you do have right now.

Never mind the other person :-)

So, focus on what you want… and the money will come.

Move towards what you want… and the money will come.

Don’t worry about what you don’t have right now… the money will come!

Trust me, in your heart, simply gift the person the money :-) Let it go so it can flow right back to you.

Sorted.

Life is simply like that. The more we detach from something, the less emotionally involved we are, the more balanced our lives become. By remaining centred and serene we feel and sense more powerfully what needs to be done.

Or not done as the case maybe :-) It allows us to flow in the moment. To respond spontaneously. To be US, constantly.

Just my thoughts out loud again :-)

I hope Garry has the best china out knowing that we are coming for Sunday Lunch… ha ha ha! I’ll be checking those teacups on the next table though… ha ha ha!

May your teacup remain calm and weather the storms whatever you decide to brew up :-)

Bloomin’ marvellous… storm in a teacup?

Is that a 70’s song I recall :-)

Judith.
