Today’s the day…
Today is the day of the Burnmouth Brae uphill running race!
DC, our son, will be running in it to defend his title at about 2pm today so any spare ‘energetic’ thoughts and plenty of calming but energizing Reiki will be well received 
He hopes to win again AND set the record That’s my
boy… ha ha ha!
I have added a little video at the end of this chat so you can all join in from your armchairs… ha ha ha!
The race is organised by the Royal National Lifeboat Institute and all the monies raised go to support them.
Ok, time for a quick question and affirmative reply
Q… I have talked with a friend who was attuned as Master. I have noticed a change within her to be more calm and relaxed. Should I tell her about my self-attunement, I do not think she would believe about the truthfulness of it.
And my answer..
A… As the outer reflects the inner, then in truth, it is YOU who does not believe in what you have done and lack the confidence and conviction of your actions.
Who is more powerful and influential in your life… you or her?
Should her words and beliefs be more powerful than yours?
If you doubt she would believe in the way you have attuned yourself to the level of Reiki Master…
…who would YOU believe, her… or the TRUTH that lies within YOU?
Either you have faith and confidence in yourself and your own choices and decisions or you don’t,
And always remember, Dr Usui, the accepted founder of our modern day Reiki, attuned himself to Reiki – so it was you who actually followed in the footsteps of the originator of the system, not your friend.
You will always come across situations and people who challenge your beliefs in life, but are you ready to stand by yours?
Or be easily swayed to someone else’s way of thinking? Are you a sheep or a shepherd?
I’m sorry to be so forthright but our way is not for the faint hearted. It takes courage to do something different and new.
To step out of the mould…
You can only TRUST your own feelings absolutely and follow your heart’s whispers…
“To thine own self be true”… the rest will take care of itself
There are many times in life when we need to be steadfast and true to ourselves and many times when we fail to do so… and usually with miserable results 
We forget just how important WE are in our own lives! So take heed…

We are all champions if we did but enter the race
