Seriously… Ha Ha Ha!!!
The weather has been vigorous here to say the least, with 80 mile an hour winds during the night and hammering rain.
But the sun peeked out just long enough for a quick, brisk walk up the drive and back again to get the circulation going.
I’m sorry to disappoint you all this week but instead of slaving over a hot stove we all piled down the road to Geoff’s tearoom for a big roast beef dinner and sticky pudding instead 
All the yumminess and no washing up!!!
It was worth braving the elements for…
I have been wondering what to chat about today as the weather is dull and one of my first emails this morning was a rude attack on my personal character and what we do… ho hum.
But then that is par for the course when you beg to differ from the mainstream of things.
It all comes down to control and judgement…
And I wish to do neither
In the nicest possible way… I am not ‘your Reiki Master’.
You are your own Master…
We are both on the same or similar path… all roads lead to Salford, as they say in Manchester!
It is not for me to judge whether you are ready for anything…
I defer to your greater knowledge of yourself.
I just wish you would trust yourselves, as I trust you.
That you would honour the power of your words, as I do.
I sense how magnificent you are and then sense the fear that makes you resist so
But, if the outer reflects the inner, you are also my mirrors…
We must be like a ‘push-me pull-you’ animal… ha ha ha!!!
You push me onwards and I drag you screaming… ha ha ha!!!
Which brings me to a wonderful cure for everything…
A ten minute laughing meditation
One day soon I shall do a laughing meditation in audio for you to join in with but unfortunately not today
You will just have to visualise me sat here giggling at the absurdity of it all… he he he!!!
The sheer joy of the nonsense… ha ha ha!!!
The delight of no dishes to wash… Whoa yeah!!!
The thought of all those ‘straight faces’…
The seriousness of the sabbath… ho ho ho!!!
Which reminds me, I don’t know why, to put my rubbish out…
I must be meditating now … ha ha ha!!!
Next I will be doing the shopping list… ha ha ha!!!
But that only comes at the deeper levels, have you noticed… ??? he he he!!!
And what will your neighbours be thinking… ha ha ha!!!
Ever noticed how happy people are dangerous to be around… ha ha ha!!!
Seriously, honestly, enough, my sides hurt…
Blimey, nothing like a good hoot to lift your spirits.
A good belly laugh to massage your internals… ha ha ha!!!
