Good mornin’ everyone…
I have had a hugely busy week for some reason, yet I cannot tell you what I have done… ha ha ha!
The days have flown by and here we are again, Sunday morning. Where does the time go?
I wish you could all see the snowdrops around here now because they are ‘singing’ 
You know the way blossom trees do It must be the year for snowdrops.
Here are some photos to try and do them justice…
Okay dokey… a couple of quick questions…
Q… Namaste Judith, 25+ days since my attunement and practising a self attunement daily.
I have one problem, can feel some energy in my hands but my feet are literally “on fire” and pulsating.
Any thoughts on how this energy can be released? Thanks.
And my answer…
Try stamping your feet, walking bare foot around the house and outside on grass if you can… ha ha ha! Well maybe in the springtime
Also massage your feet and imagine ‘pulling’ the energy out through your toes and then shake your hand to disperse the sticky energy.
As you pull off your socks, do it slowly and with the express purpose of pulling out any stuck energy…
Swishing your feet in cool water would also be pleasant and effective.
There is no need to do anything in a complicated manner, just do simple things with focused intention
Q… After completing a Reiki session, the aura is swept to remove negative energy. Where does this energy then go?
A… Well, I so wanted to say ‘under the carpet’ but thought I’d better not… ha ha ha!
The answer, of course, is ‘nowhere’…
Why?
Because there is nowhere for it to go – there is only here and now – there is only this moment, the eternal NOW.
BUT, to make things a little easier to understand…
…the excess, negative, sick, dark, dull energy, or whatever you perceive it to be, can simply be changed, or recharged, or dissolved or transmuted too…
So, you can also imagine sweeping it into the white light to be absorbed.
Or throw it into the purple energy.
Or give it to God.
Or dissolve it into the Universal Energy.
Or throw it into the fire to evaporate like mist or smoke…
For that is what will happen, if you set your intention for ‘it’ to ‘be so’.
The energy doesn’t really go anywhere – it changes form just like a piece of coal does when it burns.
The coal, as such, hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s still here but in a different form of expression now.
That energy once called coal is now called heat and smoke, then ashes.
Excellent… now I can sit down for 5 minutes and stop rushing around going nowhere in a hurry… ha ha ha!
