I am honestly being drawn to Reiki to help animals and feel strongly about this. How will I learn to help animals heal? Thank you.

Once you feel comfortable and confident with using your Reiki energy on, and for yourself, you can then adapt it to use on others…
…be that animals or other people.
You simply adapt your session for the animal you are treating or, as you would for a child or a baby.
Just remember, Reiki is not difficult to learn or use unless of course you choose to make it so.
If an elephant has a headache, then using distant Reiki and beaming it across the enclosure, maybe easier than standing on a big stool.
And if a dog has a painful area at one end and sharp teeth at the other, then again, distant Reiki across the room might be better than touching, for the present moment…
Healing Insecurity With Reiki

So, question, I would like to know more about healing insecurity through Reiki.
Answer
Our deepest fear and therefore insecurity is that of being alone.
That is why we strive for contact and relationships and love outside of ourselves.
But the more we search outside, the more we disconnect from ourselves very often dishonoring ourselves just so others will simply notice us.
There is only one problem we all share, that of fear and there’s only one solution, that of love.
Whatever makes you feel loved and cared for will make you feel safe and secure, but only you know what works for you…
Giving Reiki via the Eyes

Can you shed any light on these lyrics? The light shone from the Master’s eyes and the truth shone from the Master’s eyes.
And of the questions all were answered when the light shone from the Master’s eyes.

I think what you are referring to here are the three main energy centers as described in many of the Oriental energy practices like Chigong, Tai Chi, et cetera.
These three main centers are the eyes, solar plexus and kidneys.
The kidneys are your storehouse or batteries, the solar plexus, your gathering center and the eyes scan and gaze.
The eyes are indeed like windows where you can gaze upon all with a sweeping glance, absorbing, sensing, noticing, and without so much as a blink of your eye, you can convey an emotional response from deep within you…
Giving Yourself a Reiki Session
Hi, I’m Judith Conroy of Chikara-Reiki-Do and I’m answering your questions on Reiki.
So, question:
I’ve been looking through my Reiki books, but can only find how to give Reiki to others. How do I go about giving myself a daily Reiki session? Sorry if you think I’m being dim.
Answer:
No dimmer than me at times.
Now, to give yourself a home treatment, simply sit comfortably and open yourself up by using the symbols of your choice on your hands and also down your chakras if you like.
Always repeat the symbol name three times to invoke that energy and then say, I open myself up to divine love and wisdom.
Then place your hands around your body as shown for the 12 hand positions. Starting with your eyes.
And as you do this, say to yourself, I call upon the Reiki energy, for me, me, me, right here, right now for my highest good and the highest good of all concerned…
Emotional Problems Causing Illness..?

I’ve heard it said every physical manifestation is caused by an emotional problem.
I wonder if you could describe an emotional problem for me.

This is a blooming excellent question and I hope I can answer it simply.
Your body is like a mirror for what you are really thinking and feeling inside in your thoughts.
When your private thoughts are a bit wonky, then you will mirror or manifest an external problem in your life.
But there is only one emotional problem that we dress up in many disguises and that one problem is fear…
