Chikara-Reiki-Do is Totally Flexible

Structure is good, a format is good, a routine is good, a method is good, but only for as long as you need it.
There will surely come a time when chaos is the order of the day…
When routine goes out the window…
When someone else’s format is no longer suitable for your talent and energy expression…
Here’s a case in point…
Q… Here’s the thing… I took Reiki 2 in New York many years ago, since I was already fairly advanced in other systems, I didn’t feel I had to go further. When I found your Chikara-Reiki-Do Master course I took that, and it’s been excellent.
My question is this, when I took Reiki 1, we held the positions for a full minute, when I advanced to Reiki 2, I was told that half a minute was all that was required. I find it’s adequate, but some people expect the full minute.
What do you say?
p.s… I’m not just an ordinary bloke, I was Louise Hay’s homeopath ๐ …
Can I Do Multiple Chikara-Reiki-Do Attunements?

Sometimes it pays to speak directly to the horse’s mouth, so to speak! ๐
And, this simple question is actually a powerful one, once you understand exactly, what doing your own self-attunement is all about.
Q – I’ve completed my self-attunement, but don’t feel like it was its best – am I ok to do it again with more confidence?

Let’s be clear about this… the more times you repeat your self attunement, the merrier!
Each time deepens your connection to, and your understanding of, your own energy ๐
In fact, many people do it as a regular meditation, simply because it’s very relaxing and a wonderfully pleasant thing to do. ๐
Just remember, you can have as many ‘practice runs’ as YOU feel are necessary and then go on to have a ‘proper go’ at another time…
Perhaps making it extra special by doing it outdoors, up a mountain, in a quiet space in your garden or in your special space at home…
Challenging Chikara-Reiki-Do!

I don’t know about anyone else, but I feel kind of in limbo at the moment.
A slight pause between now and next.
I know I need to take a step forward and be quite drastic about it but still I stop and hesitate again.
One minute, I’m very sure…
Next minute I fall back on the tried and tested.
But there are NO accidents ever โ not even for me… ha ha ha!
So, when I received this short note below and then read my reply, was I speaking to myself or what?
For there is only One โ the OTHER is simply a reflection of me ๐
So, thank YOU all for giving me this opportunity to create greater awareness of myself ๐ …
Are You Over Sensitive..? A Reiki-ish View!

Please remember this: you cannot be too sensitive, too overwhelmed, too empathic, too bloomin’ anything!
And why is that?
Because everything is you and you are everything โ (every, thing is you and you are every, thing).
So, here’s a question I received…
Is overactive empathy a potential hazard of being enlightened?
In my opinion…
No ๐
It would just be showing you where you’re imbalanced.
That’s why it’s so important to keep yourself neutral, centred, grounded, balanced (or whatever else you’d like to call it), by using a Chikara-Reiki-Do session on yourself each day.
Or by meditating, practicing Tai-Chi, Ki Gong, running, etc. or whatever it is that works for you, to keep you balanced energetically ๐
That way, you don’t get thrown off balance by what’s going on around you…
A non-Reiki Question
Good morning all…
OK here’s a very small question that I’ll just slip in here ๐
Q… Judith, would you be able to elaborate, a little, the difference between an emotion or feeling?
And my answer…
I shall be as succinct as possible, I’m not a one to puff out the content with unnecessary chatter ๐
Now, as I see it…
E-motion is simply that โ energy in motion.
And how you SENSE that energy moving in your physical world, creates a feeling.
For instance:
You may hear some beautiful music and your physical senses give you this amazing uplifted feeling ๐
Or it might be a loud cacophony that assaults your senses and makes you physically feel grumpy and out of sorts.
E-motion is like a breeze that tickles your physical senses to respond by generating a feeling.
You then ‘know’ intuitively whether the emotion is ‘true’ for you or not.
E-motion is a vibration moving through you which jiggles your personal vibration…
