Good mornin’ all…
Whenever I answer a question, I reply intuitively to each individual one.
So if another person asked virtually the same question, my answer might be very different.
Q – I took your Reiki course about 6 months ago to help my husband, who keeps having pains all over his body.
I do Reiki on him but it just seems to work for a day and then the next day the pain is back again.
I don’t understand. I thought Reiki would heal him or cure him of this.
My Reiki doesn’t seem like it does anything to heal him. It just seems like a good band-aid. What good is it, if it doesn’t cure him?
A – Oooh! I love using the ‘cure’ word 🙂
Now, do you TRUST yourself?
TRUST that whatever the outcome is, it’s perfect for all concerned. 🙂
You KNOW your Reiki works because it creates an effect, even if that’s apparently short lived.
What your husband needs to do is begin to accept responsibility for his own illness.
He can’t just sit back and expect you to cure him!
Only he has the power to cure himself. 🙂
He can’t blame you for your Reiki not healing him.
You’re simply sharing your energy with him. What he and his body does with that extra energy is totally up to him. 🙂
It’s his choice…
Good mornin’ all
I wrote some time ago about The Power of One…
…but some things do bear repeating, so for those who missed this the first time, sit back, feet up and relax 🙂
I want to show you how to heal the world.
And to do that – I must show you how to heal yourself first.
For to heal the world, you must first heal the man – YOU.
Ever wondered how that can be?
Because there is only ONE!
There is only ONE energy 🙂
There’s only one of us in the room!
By focusing solely on yourself, by trusting implicitly your nature, by trusting implicitly your spirit – you will expand exponentially to touch and change the lives of everyone you meet.
Simply by being you. The very best you, you can be. 🙂
And I don’t mean pretending to be a false you, the one you think others will like.
I mean honouring the real you.
I mean respecting the real you.
I mean loving the real you…
Good mornin’ all
Have you noticed how children just love to play with monsters?
Especially now that you can draw the curtains early and make the house dark!
Oooooh! Errrrh! 🙂
It’s lovely to hear the squeals of delight as the monster gets closer.
But this joyful playtime game got me thinking just how like life that is.
You love to dice with danger… 🙂
You enjoy the thrills and spills… 🙂
You love to be chased, challenged and caught too, as long as you have a ‘safe area’ where the monster can’t really get you – usually Mum’s lap! 🙂
But have you noticed how in grown-up life, you often draw the ‘monster experiences’ to you too?
I don’t mean monster people chasing you, although that does happen, but the thrilling experiences of losing your job! 🙂
The financial brink of extinction! 🙂
Being backed into a corner with no escape! 🙂
‘Accidents’ that challenge even the bravest of you! 🙂
You love the drama, the challenge, the thrill…
The bloomin’ ALIVENESS of it all! 🙂
And if you’re not experiencing some sort of ‘personal episode’ at the moment, you tend to create one by poking, pleading and cajoling, until the monster that is life, gears up into action again! 🙂 …
Good mornin’ all
As I’m a ‘psychic’ I thought I’d give you all a prod with this question!
It’s the old age question of ‘how do I protect myself?’ 🙂
Q – I had a very strong feeling that recently, I was the subject of a psychic attack. This happened spontaneously and came completely out of the blue.
I suddenly felt sick and icy cold. Wave after wave of ice cold energy swept over me. I felt chilled to the core. I had stomach pains and was sick several times.
Even now, several days later I don’t feel back to normal. I’ve never felt like that before and it was quite unnerving. I’ve been doing Reiki on myself every day since then.
I’m instinctively certain this was not a regular stomach bug.
Is there anything you can suggest if this happens again?
A – Spooky but there are no accidents EVER.
And intuitively you sensed that this energy shift was not ‘yours’ so to speak.
But, again, there are NO accidents EVER 🙂
Whenever anything happens in your life, especially something dramatic, you need to stand back and take a look at the bigger picture.
It could simply be someone in the room had a virus and your body ‘expelled’ it vigorously and immediately!
It could be that someone around you, either there at that time, or lately, has been ‘feeding you’ information to which you don’t wholeheartedly agree with.
Or it might have been a spirit or energy that saw an opportunity to have a little fun whilst your attention was temporarily occupied elsewhere 🙂
And if this was so, may I remind you, that there’s only ONE ENERGY – ONE CONSCIOUSNESS 🙂 …
Good mornin’ all,
Today is Remembrance Sunday here in the UK so this Sunday Chat is very on topic, as they say…
We feel a sense of grief if we perceive we’ve lost something.
Something or someone is felt to be lacking in our lives…
Once it was here and now it’s gone. But has it?
Where can energy go if there really is only One Energy?
I’ve come to the conclusion that what happens in the grief period, is that WE have to allow ourselves to re-blend again. 🙂
I often talk about blending energies with people and how the perceived apparent boundaries disappear.
Take the passing of Mr Po, our much loved cat…
The illusion that Mr Po was separate had to dissolve and then we could all blend and absorb into each other again.
There is only One Energy – and it’s ME that had to expand, by absorbing him into my whole again.
But I had to do it consciously…
It’s as if he was a ‘projection’ of my thoughts outwards and now he’s a thought inside my head, not outside…
