Let’s hope all those silly little techy issues have all disappeared now. Even our telly has been playing up, along with the amplifier 🙁 Thank heaven for DC… ha ha ha!
Our eldest son Chris is up this weekend so I shall make this Sunday Chat a brief one.

This week has been a week of ‘little operations’ or investigations for many but the feeling of the energy is one of information rather than doom and gloom.
So if you are one of those who are having investigations done or having a little bit of surgery, do keep your chin up as the worst is over 🙂

Q… Ever since I have been giving Reiki treatments, even when I read articles about Reiki or I’m talking about Reiki, I get this pressure in my crown chakra.
I don’t understand what it is. It’s not a headache, it’s just pressure.

No wonder everyone felt quiet dispair last week…this week has turned into ‘techy hell’…ha ha ha!
Nothing has been straightforward or uncomplicated. So, if you have also had gadgets or digital stuff that won’t do what it says on the tin, then do be patient…you are not the only one pulling your hair out…ha ha ha!

A…YES…But as with any therapy, in truth, you have to try it and see. What works for one person may not work
for another.

This week has a funny energy to it and I’m sure I’m not the only one to feel it either.
It’s got an air of quiet despair about it.
And I’ve had several really emotional emails, with real cries for help.
But sometimes, when the chips are down, and you with them, then you have to hang on to the real KNOWING that the only place you can go from the bottom, is UP! 🙂
So, to those who have written to me about their illnesses or deep grief this week…

After nearly 9 years of taking TOXIC HIV drugs, for Advanced HIV, 17 days ago I omitted them.
I will not put this body into TOXIC SHOCK anymore…
My darling Mother crossed on the 8th October 2009, at 7pm and found the courage to ask my legal partner to leave my home, as he was entertaining many others, behind my back…
I’m all over the place at the moment…
I Believe God and the Arch Angels will heal this body. There are so many lies around HIV. I am done listening to all the lies…

Trusting Reiki
Good mornin’ everyone…
Last week I chose a brief question and this week I thought I would choose a more in depth one. So, here goes…
The very long question…
Q… When one feels broken and not free, is it appropriate to work just on oneself?
I feel that there are certain people that it is necessary for me to send Reiki to regularly and I feel that it is selfish and morally wrong for me to NOT send them Reiki regularly – somehow like my sending them Reiki is preventing something bad from happening to them.
However, I also feel that sending them Reiki is preventing enough Reiki from getting to me to fix ME.
I know that the blocks in my life are simply fear and I have had many reasons in my life for that fear to take hold.
I work on my self-worth but recently, just when I really had a breakthrough in that, I was made redundant.
I felt very secure and happy, that I had finally reached a place in my life where I felt worthy of this good job. It brought in enough money to cover the huge debts my ex-husband left me with and everything was rosy.
Now the part of me that believes in my self-worth, feels that this redundancy was to make way for something better and more in line with my purpose…
But the fear keeps asking me – “what if I am wrong about that?”
How many years of work on oneself does it take to eradicate the fear and do you have any clues on how to speed it up?
Do I need to search back through the various incidents to find the root of the fear?
I tried that with one type of therapy and got more and more fearful as the memories came back 🙁
I don’t like living back there with all the causes of the fear – I have worked hard to move on but the fear remains.
Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Before I forget, can I just wish a Happy Birthday to my friend Elle in Hawaii 🙂
I did not manage to actually write a Sunday Chat last week, let alone record one – and I apologise for that…
But a lot of ‘events’ all came together at once last week and I found myself travelling back and forth to Blackpool, Southport, Edinburgh and then home again inbetween times.
That’s about 2,000 miles 🙁
June, one of our treasured support desk angels, popped up for a flying visit and to get some work done but then we had to go away and pick up our new car 🙂
Long story short… we had a beautiful car called ‘M’ but I crashed her a year ago and wrote her off 🙁
Bought another car, who we named Purdy, in a hurry…
…well, it was either that or use the bus – and Purdy was lovely too 🙂 but…
Now we have Buffy – who surpasses both of the others rolled up together… ha ha ha!
She’s like a teenager with attitude 🙂
Or as Jeremy Clarkson called her…”A thug in a silk dressing gown”… ha ha ha!
And to think, before I met Chris I drove a Morris Minor… ha ha ha!
