Good morning all,
I pondered my age the other day and came to the conclusion that birthdays really do show you your inner spirit, so to speak 🙂
They make you understand that this physical body is not the real you but simply a vehicle to move around in.
For there is NO WAY that I feel 64 on the inside! 🙂
I’ve always believed, since I was a small child, that I’ll live to be over 100 years old (long story – don’t ask!)
But some days you do have to wonder why someone wants to live ‘forever’ – I mean, what do they want to do that for?
You’d forever be seeing people off on their ‘next big adventure’ and then you’d have to stay here doing the same old, same old.
Always waving others off at the airport and never going yourself, always the bridesmaid never the bride 🙂
There must come a time when you feel ready to move on.
In fact, ask any old person and they’ll be quite comfortable with ‘the next step’ to be taken.
Of course, the quickest way to look younger in a flash is simply to smile 🙂
Remembering also, that chocolate is good for you and immediately lifts the spirits too.
Moving swiftly on…
I had an email from a friend who has had several ‘parts removed’ of late and it reminded me again, that we’re not our bodies.
The real YOU is never depleted or diminished because something dropped off or shrivelled up!
You can still use your Chikara-Reiki-Do to focus your intention on the wellness and wholeness you desire.
It might not grow you a new set of teeth or pair of legs, but it will bring serenity and harmony back into your thoughts.
Therefore. creating exactly the right environment for a healthy future.
So, a question:
Q – I’m doing the Chikara-Reiki-Do mini course and was wondering if I can still tune or open my 2nd Chakra if I’ve had a complete hysterectomy?
I feel more creative since having it done 2 years ago but saw that your uterus is the center of a woman’s creativity & pleasure.
My thoughts:
A – Yes, you can stimulate your chakras even if certain parts are missing physically.
The chakra ‘relates’ to an area like a warm glow…
It’s not a ‘physical’ thing, like your womb.
Perhaps it would be easier if you were to imagine matter and space.
Your uterus was the ‘matter’ and your chakra energy fills the ‘space’ between the matter.
That’s putting it very simply of course – because YOU are actually both the space and the matter! 🙂
It’s just like having a leg amputated… the matter is gone but the energy that filled the space is still there and can also feel very real at times.
So, if it feels better to your imagination, then simply place the ‘warm glow’ where your womb used to be and then expand it out from there… perfick.
And do remember… as you intend, so it will be.
And also remember, you don’t need to know all your anatomy and physiology either, a general gist will suffice. 🙂
Now have a powerful Chikara-Reiki-Do weekend…
Judith 🙂
