Good morning all!
Have you ever noticed how Sunday mornings have that feeling of Chikara-Reiki-Do?
Well, “you’ve got that Reiki feelin” – could that be a song?
If you get up early on a Sunday morning, the stillness and silence is much greater than say, on a Monday morning.
Even the mice have a lie in!
The air is still and the pace relaxed.
Wouldn’t it be nice if every day was like this?
Perhaps it’s because Sunday’s more simple in its design.
It’s more hunter/gatherer 🙂
Often there’s hard physical work with gardening or fixing the house up, followed by large amounts of food.
And even though we have lots to accomplish within the day, we’re more congenial and relaxed about it.
We can move the time frame, goal posts, as we wish.
Wouldn’t it be nice if every day was like this?
Sunday is also a day to communicate with others.
Often friends and family ‘take the time’ to call and chat.
To catch up on the week’s happenings. To share and touch base.
But isn’t it strange that with a day of connecting and communicating, we’re often silent inside with our own thoughts.
And happy to be so…
For Sunday is a day to dream and scheme.
To plan our future and devise a strategy.
Early on a Sunday morning the day holds such promise.
Early on a Sunday morning we feel we can accomplish it all…
Early on a Sunday morning, as the mist burns off in the sun, so our dreams become crystal clear.
In the silence of a Sunday morning, we can take the time to day dream out of the window and visualise how we’d like our lives to be.
How personally empowering is that?!
Wouldn’t it be nice if every day was like this?
Early on a Sunday morning, when you ‘chop wood’ and dream your dreams, have you noticed how that inner stillness produces outer harmony?
How giving time to yourself, time to your dreams, time for inner creation, time to communicate with your souls desires, reflects in the outer, with time for others, an understanding of their lives, and dreams also?
Wouldn’t it be nice if every day was like this?
So if Monday morning comes and Sunday morning slips away from your grasp – STOP!
Step back in time, don’t rush, keep it simple
In the silence of your travelling, dream your dreams and see the day ahead unfold in a manner that feels good to you…
As you ‘chop wood’ throughout your day don’t forget to communicate with others.
Share a smile 🙂
Share a joke
A handshake or a hug
Give everyday a Chikara-Reiki-Do feel by using your Chikara-Reiki-Do energy to centre yourself.
And the gift you give yourself will be immense.
The gift you give to others will change lives.
Even Chikara-Reiki-Do Masters ‘chop wood’ on a Monday
Now where did Chris put that axe…
Choppin’ and chuffin’ 🙂
Have a POWERFUL Chikara-Reiki-Do weekend!
Judith 🙂
