Good mornin’ all…
Here’s a good question – you asked:
When a person undergoes a “healing crisis” should the person continue with the Reiki sessions or stop for a little while?
And I replied:
Do carry on with the sessions as this’ll help to clear things out for good. 🙂
It’s no good just doing half a job – when you’ve got things on the move keep them moving – when the energy is shifting keep pushing.
However, if the energy shift becomes too uncomfortable either physically, mentally or emotionally…
…be guided by your own feelings and adjust the appointment times accordingly.
Remember ANY change is good, as this denotes a positive movement of energy.
For when shit hits the fan – shift is the plan 🙂
You may also have to cope with any ’emotional vomits’ the person may have, so be prepared to give extra support where necessary.
And that might just be a big hug!
But only if you have your massage certificate, Reverend certificate, Chikara-Reiki-Do certificate, Insurance certificate, etc, etc, etc, of course… 🙂
Yes, yes… I am joking… I think 🙂
If ever you’re in doubt, simply ask yourself, what would YOU like, as help and support, if you were in the same situation.
A simple hug? A drink of Chikara-Reiki-Do water? A hand to hold in silence?
And don’t forget the bloomin’ tissues!
No-one likes a dripping nose, despite what they portray in the movies! 🙂
JUST TRUST YOURSELF implicitly – you’ll KNOW what to do intuitively.
Blend – then intend 🙂
And if you give yourself a Chikara-Reiki-Do session every day, it’ll maintain a sense of calm and steadfastness to your own energy.
It becomes like standing still in an airport and watching all the energy swirl around you.
As people move into your aura it becomes like watching them in slow motion – but you don’t ‘see’ with your eyes – you sense with your whole being.
Same thing when someone is having their own ‘moment’.
Be still and silent.
Feel their swirling energy and simply be you – calm and serene.
This’ll bring the swirliness to a gentle sway and eventually it’ll subside into peacefulness and perhaps even a snooze 🙂
And because you took the time to quietly blend your calm and tranquil energy with their energy, you’ll intuitively ‘know’ what to do next.
Then you can intend.
Stand steadfast and true, strong and confident and intend they sense and feel your strength and support.
That’s sharing your true Chikara-Reiki-Do energy 🙂
That’s true healing…
And well done any of you who’ve the love, compassion, time and energy to help a friend, neighbour or stranger in need…
These days that’s a rare talent in itself.
Champion, now have a powerful Chikara-Reiki-Do weekend 🙂
