Reiki and Tourette’s Syndrome

Firstly I am looking at buying a massage table for doing my Reiki and Aromatherapy. I have been looking at tables that are metal and timber. Is there any preference regarding the energy of the two materials?

The other thing that I have to ask you is about a condition that I have just been diagnosed with. I am 56 years old and have been diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome.

It doesn’t bother me in the slightest, as it answers a lot of the questions about my life. All the ‘bad nerves’ I have had all my life are in fact Tourette’s Syndrome. I now know that I am definitely not going mad. hahahahah.

My husband might disagree hehehe.

Anyway to cut a long story short, are there any particular things that I could do with my Reiki?

Incidentally, my Neurologist thinks that all the Reiki and relaxation and aromatherapy is the best thing that i can do.

A… The only preference for choosing a table is yours. Simply choose the one that you ‘feel’ suits you best.

That one will then ‘conduct’ the right energy flow for you 🙂

Now for your Tourette’s Syndrome, again simply use your Reiki frequently just for you. A daily self ‘treat’ment will work wonders to keep you feeling serene and confident.

For those moments when you know your excitement or stress levels are going to rise or you are ‘nervous’, then some EFT tapping will bring you ‘down’ again nice and quickly.

I just think of Tourette’s as you bursting to get out and express yourself. That’s all…

And anyway, now you’re older, and naturally more mellow, you can express yourself more easily without ever having to care about what others think… ha ha ha!

And if they do have the temerity to comment you can say…

“Bugger off I’ve got Tourette’s”… ha ha ha!

Perfect, I’ll have to try that one myself… ha ha ha!
