Reiki With Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis

Q…I have been severely physically disabled since childhood from Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, however I have been a natural healer to others and myself most of my life. I am writing to ask about hand positions because of my physical limitations.

Due to shoulder, elbow and hand limitations, the right side being more limited, I cannot perform certain hand positions as you demonstrate.

When I am unable to reach a particular area of my own body, I access it much like I would with distance healing and through my power of intention and visualization I treat areas that are not physically touched.

Can I apply this same technique with Reiki in order to successfully do my attunement as well as the hand positions for running energy?

This is the reason I have not continued with requesting the attunement from you on a Saturday, or completed a self-attunement. I am rather anxious to get this done however but wanted to check with you on the validity of my technique as used in Reiki.

So remember, you already KNOW this…

You say you are unable to reach a particular area of your body but you can access it through your power of intention and visualization…

Well, need I really say any more? Remember, you KNOW this…

…in fact by using intention you are already tapping into the fundamentals of not only Reiki but of all ‘reality’ creation – but let’s not start getting too deep.

Definitely… Remember, YOU KNOW this already to be a talent of yours 🙂

And if something works for you, it is right for you.

Your power of intention is already strong and it is your intention that is always – all ways – the main thing.

And another question…

Q… Today I was chatting to a Reiki practitioner and telling her of my plan to work with children.

By day I am a Steiner Kindergartener. Her response was interesting in that she thought the ‘reaction’ would be too powerful for children to be immersed in?

This is not my interpretation but as a novice I am keen to learn…

I wholeheartedly agree with you and I TRUST that you KNOW what is ‘too much’ and for who.

And I truly don’t believe children can have too much love or too much Reiki 🙂

Reiki makes you more of who you are and children just love being themselves 🙂

They bounce about all day long using a connection to the universe and universal energy that we have long forgotten about and are trying to plug back into via Reiki… ha ha ha!

TRUST yourself and your children… you will KNOW.

You are already far wiser than you think 🙂

We all KNOW intuitively, we just have to TRUST ourselves 🙂
