Q… Sensitive Reiki, is over active empathy a potential hazard of being enlightened?
And my answer:
A… No 🙂
It just shows up where you are imbalanced.
That is why it’s so important to keep yourself neutral, centred, grounded, whatever you like to call it by using a Reiki session on yourself each day.
Or by meditating, practicing Tai-Chi, Ki Gong, running, etc. or whatever it is that works for you 🙂
That way, you don’t get thrown off balance by what’s going on around you.
You stand calm and assertive, steadfast and true… you become a rock, a tower of strength, a port for others to weather their storms 🙂
You still sense it, feel it, and can deal with it but not by ‘re-acting’ to it – more by responding to it.
Reiki is simply a tool you can use to get a handle on things.
We are all connected because there is only One Energy.
You are it and it is you – but you do not have to be wobbled by someone else’s expression or experience of it.
You simply observe and respond moment by moment.
