Good morning all,
I love this time of year but it’s also easy to find yourself having a physical clear out too!
So, here’s the thing…
Q – My 1-year old granddaughter had the flu. The next day I caught it. Could I have used Reiki on her, and me, so it wouldn’t have happened or would’ve stopped it faster?
Okay then, here’re my thoughts on the matter…
It’s a bit like the chicken and the egg question 🙂
I hope you did use Reiki on your granddaughter and yourself, as soon as you started to feel off colour.
But, just remember not to get attached to any particular outcome.
You both needed to have the flu for whatever reasons – your reasons.
It could be your body needed to strengthen its immune system or that it needed to have a good clear-out of toxins, pollens, winter debris, etc.
Or that you needed to be fussed for a while and take a step back from things.
But who knows – only you of course!
Summer sunshine and all that fresh air can stimulate your body to shift rubbish as well as help to heal you.
Simply using your Chikara-Reiki-Do on yourself daily, will allow you to slow down and listen to what you’re telling yourself.
It makes the symptoms more comfortable and allows you, to allow the perfect outcome to occur.
Whatever that is!
Notice your anger at yourself for being ill, notice how impotent you feel, how unwilling you are to let others help or to delegate…
Or notice how eager you are to sit back and let others take over 🙂
Or to give over responsibility…
Yes, I’m listening to my own advice here too.
TRUST – trust your body to know what to do and then support it with some loving Chikara-Reiki-Do energy.
The outcome will take care of itself.
And have you noticed how the ‘flu’ bug seems to go straight to your ‘weak’ bits.
Even though we may have the same illness, we each ‘express’ it differently and individually.
Because each of our bodies is sending a very personal message to us.
So, listen to what your body is saying.
All you need to do is heed the message, then interpret the signs 🙂
Always TRUST your own intuition. And always keep things SIMPLE.
Well, (get it?) I think a little nap in the sun is in order now…
Have a powerful Chikara-Reiki-Do weekend…
