[audio:https://www.chikara-reiki-do.com/audio/sunday-chat-30th-may-10.mp3]Good morning all 🙂
The end of May is a special day for Americans, as they hold Memorial services to honour their warriors.
Just as we do here in the UK on November 11th each year.
But we should do more than just remember the dead…
We need to understand how we can join with them and embrace their spirits once again.
We talk of how when a Dad died, his son suddenly picked up lots of Dad’s habits! He talks like him and certain things precious to Dad then become precious to the son.
We often hear ourselves saying after our parents have died…
“Blimey! I’m sounding just like my Mother!”…
But if you stop and ponder, you will realise this is no accident.
When you die, the essence, or spirit of you, is set free. It steps into the next room as they say.
But there really is no next room…
No time or space, only this moment, here and now.
Your unique energy pattern is released and absorbed by the One energy… the Whole energy.
And that One or Whole energy INCLUDES YOU.
Hence we often morph into our parents… ha ha ha! 🙂
Ashes to Ashes, dust to dust, back to carrots and nature. We become the building blocks of energy for a creative future. But the unique vibrational signature that defined our individual spirit can be absorbed by many people.
First we are set free from the apparent confines of this physical structure. Then our essence needs to by reabsorbed into the hearts of our loved ones. 🙂
That’s another reason why they say, people you didn’t get on with in life, will not be able to bother you when you die.
It’s a heart thing 🙂
If you want to be a true healer, then you need to become a warrior at heart 🙂
And there are many battles a warrior needs to face besides a mortal enemy with a gun.
Some so subtle many hardly notice.
The warriors we honour today have given their lives fighting tooth and nail for FREEDOM!
Let’s not sit on our laurels and allow their efforts to be futile. We need to chip in and play our part too.
FEAR is the only enemy.
These warriors faced their fear and our fears and moved forward anyway.
That’s the hero in them.
Anything that restricts YOUR FREEDOM as a human being must become your battle zone.
Rules and regulations, health and safety, terrorist precautions, cctv surveillance, phone recordings, email and article monitoring!
No touching, spy on your neighbour and best of all, allow the bad guy to abuse you but don’t retaliate or you will be punished… ha ha ha!
Trust me, my stuff is already being watched… but by who and for what insane purpose?
When we get lazy and careless and can’t be bothered to stand steadfast and true to our hearts calling for FREEDOM, then we have asked others to stand up for us by default.
I for one, honour the warriors who have fought my battles and continue to do so, until I am strong enough to join forces with them.
No matter how small the personal battle, or the emotional crusade or the might of a country’s army, the battle for FREEDOM is the same.
In the moment of silence to remember those warriors, let us reabsorb their power and bravery, their determination and strength.
Let us invite them home, into our hearts, where they shall live on, through us, complete and never forgotten.
For I am you and you are me, One and the same, together forever!
Until next week…
Judith 🙂
My body, holds all memory both personal and collective…
For we are one and the same…
To deny one, is to deny the other.
The fire in my spirit comes from the courage of the Warrior.
The power of my action is driven by the fearlessness of the Warrior.
The compassion of my heart comes from the peace giving Warrior.
The depth of my understanding comes from the knowing of the Warrior.
The joy of my life comes from the sorrow of the Warrior.
The LOVE in my life comes from the pain of the Warrior.
For I am Samurai… For I am the HEALER.
I love, whole heartedly, the spirit that is my Warrior.
I honour, without question, the spirit that is my Warrior.
I respect, beyond doubt, the spirit that is my Warrior.
For I am Samurai… For I am the Healer.
For I am freedom…
Find your Samurai and find your peace within…
Find your Samurai and find your balance…
For you are Samurai… For you are Healers.
the Warrior,
Not the preacher,
Who has given us freedom of religion.
It is
The Warrior,
Not the reporter,
Who has given us freedom of the press.
It is
The Warrior,
Not the poet,
Who has given us freedom of speech.
It is
The Warrior,
Not the campus organizer,
Who has given us freedom to assemble.
It is
The Warrior,
Not the lawyer,
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is
The Warrior,
Not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is
The Warrior,
Who salutes the Flag,
It is
The Warrior,
Who serves under the Flag.
